ERP was introduced in 2009

To address the pain points of manual material account registration and statistics, the company spared no effort in choosing SAP ERP. It not only solved the problem of material purchase, sales and inventory, but also incorporated production scheduling, fully linked supply and sales data, and implemented the entire supply chain system. Ensure the orderly development of the business logic of sales, production and supply (formulate production tasks based on orders and forecasts, issue purchasing tasks according to production tasks, and control at each level to avoid inventory overstock).

2. Upgrade ERP in 2019

After ten years, ERP has undergone a major version update.

On the basis of the original, quality inspection management and batch number management are introduced, with greater emphasis on the tracking of product quality.

2.1 Quality Inspection Management

Developing a PDA platform enables employees to record data in real time on PDAs. Compared with paper, it has the following advantages: a) Improved efficiency; b) Guaranteed accuracy; c) Reduced management costs

After the PDA data collection is completed, various quality inspection reports can be freely queried in the system, and can be consulted or printed for use as needed.

2.2 Batch Number Management

The batch number is printed on the label of the outer box as the unique identifier. The system can quickly trace the human-machine-material information in the product manufacturing process through data integration, eliminating the need to go through various paper materials to search for clues.

In 2020, shared disks were introduced

Revolutionary innovations have been made to the definition and storage of document management.

A shared disk, as the name suggests, is a software designed for storing files for easy sharing and use. However, Masamura is not involved in this. Sharing is just the simplest step. Before file sharing, what needs to be done is to formulate file naming rules and storage rules, and how to ensure that files can be stored in an orderly manner and have a clear name (deployment at various levels such as systems, procedures, norms, management methods, and regulations).

On this basis, a revolutionary reorganization and rectification of the five forms was carried out, and an internal audit plan was formulated to ensure that the documents are under control and valid.

Take the dynamic files of the Zhengcun system as an example. Under each program, there will be 13 folders to distinguish different types of files.

In 2023, Mingdao Cloud was introduced

Under a clear document management system, we will carry out paperlessness to the end.

Zhengcun did not need to draw on existing software to cater. Instead, it created a platform that was entirely based on the five tables and institutional requirements. Eventually, it chose the Mingdao Cloud platform.

Its application development relies on EXCEL files, which perfectly matches Masamura's conception.

Take the information management program I'm in charge of as an example

Previously, files were downloaded from shared disks, edited and printed, stamped by the approval personnel, and then manually entered into the system at the Data Management Office.

Now, Mingdao Cloud users can directly create records and submit them for approval. Once approved, they can import them into the system with one click.

The applications developed by Mingdao Cloud correspond one-to-one with the controlled files on the shared disk, and the paperless business flow has greatly improved efficiency. The saved time can enable employees to do more meaningful things (such as on-site improvement, etc.).

Taking the file management of shared disks as the cornerstone of the system, with the assistance of the two major software, Mingdao Cloud and ERP, Zhengcun's path to informatization will go further.
