The second is manual visual inspection

For projects that require subjective judgment, such as appearance defects and detail deviations, manual visual inspection remains an indispensable supplement. This demands that we ensure two major guarantees: First, conduct specialized training regularly, including training on appearance standards, inspection key points, and hazard identification, so that every quality inspector clearly understands the "qualified standards" and acquires the "inspection skills"; Second, implement strict assessment, establish a regular assessment mechanism, link the accuracy rate of inspections and the rate of hazard identification with performance, and compel quality inspectors to fulfill their duties and responsibilities, eliminating "perfunctory inspections" and "侥幸过关" (taking chances to pass inspections).
