When the fast‑paced work takes a pause, all members of Shanghai Zhengcun Rubber & Plastic packed their bags and headed for Guizhou for a soul‑healing team‑building trip amid mountains and rivers. We once planned a tour of Yunnan, and now we gather in colorful Guizhou, visiting waterfalls, exploring hidden lands, touring Miao villages, climbing Mount Fanjing and wandering ancient towns. We accompanied each other along the journey, with laughter echoing among green mountains and clear waters. The trip drew to a successful close, and this wonderful time spent together has become a precious memory for all Zhengcun Rubber & Plastic staff.

1 Full Journey Review: Five Scenic Spots in Guizhou, Breathtaking Views at Every Step

Stop 1: Huangguoshu Waterfall, Witness the Magnificence of Asia’s NO.1 Waterfall

Our first destination was the well‑known Huangguoshu Waterfall, where we confronted the grand natural wonder carved by nature. 

Standing on the viewing platform and looking afar, water surges down from the high cliff with overwhelming momentum. The water crashes heavily into the pool, rolling up vast white mist, and thunderous roars reverberate through the valley. Lush green trees and bamboo surround the site, and emerald foliage sets off the snow‑white water curtain, creating an exceptionally stunning view. Colleagues stopped to take photos with phones and cameras. The refreshing cool mist swept over us, instantly washing away fatigue accumulated from overtime and daily work. Seeing such grand waterscape in person helped us truly grasp the mighty power described in ancient poems about waterfalls. Bathed in mountain breeze and chatting about daily trivialities, everyone immersed themselves in relaxation and joy brought by nature.

Stop 2: Libo Xiaoqikong, Step into an Emerald‑Green Secret Land

Leaving Huangguoshu behind, we traveled deep into Libo Xiaoqikong and dived into soothing green mountains and waters. 

The seven‑arch ancient bridge spanning blue water is covered with moss. The emerald‑like river is crystal‑clear, while trees on both banks flourish with rich green everywhere. Water flows gently down the arc‑shaped dam at Wolong Pond; its blue‑green water resembles a natural gemstone. We strolled along forest paths, listening to gurgling springs and breathing in the fragrance of plants. We took our time to appreciate the grace of karst landscapes and fully enjoyed this natural oxygen bar.

Stop 3: Night Visit to Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village, Immersive Experience of Miao Local Life

As dusk fell, we arrived at Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village and encountered ethnic customs deep in the mountains. 

Overlooking from high ground, more than a thousand wooden stilt houses cling to mountain slopes, spreading layer upon layer across the valley, simple yet spectacular. Streets are lined with stores selling hand‑crafted goods and Miao embroidery, and the warm slogan “I miss you so much here” builds a strong atmosphere. When night falls, thousands of lights light up one after another, bringing the lively vibe of the Miao village to life.

Steep strange rock formations pierce through mist, and the Red Cloud Golden Summit stands amid mountains. Shrouded in clouds, it feels like a fairyland. A sky bridge spans between two peaks, while stone plank roads are chiseled along mountainsides. Though exhausting during climbing, the spectacular sea of clouds and mountain views from the summit shocked everyone. We supported and encouraged one another to conquer the rugged trails, just as we jointly tackle difficulties at work. The joy of reaching the summit is the best testimony of team solidarity.

At the final stop of our trip, we entered Qingyan Ancient Town dating back to Ming and Qing dynasties to savor the old‑town charm at a slow pace.The gate of century‑old Wanshou Palace features exquisite carvings; clay statues and dragon reliefs show the ingenuity of ancient architecture. Criss‑cross bluestone streets and grey‑tile old houses nestle among green trees and white clouds. We wandered leisurely through lanes, sampled local snacks and visited old specialty stores. We unwound amid the slow‑paced ancient town, bringing a gentle end to this mountain‑and‑water journey.

From amazement before Huangguoshu Waterfall, pauses on Xiaoqikong Bridge, group photos amid Miao village lights, mutual support on Mount Fanjing trails, to casual chats and laughter in Qingyan Ancient Town, relaxed smiles could be seen everywhere. Free from workplace tension, we got along like family: some admired scenery side by side, some took group photos, some shared snacks and amusing stories. Every smile embodies the ease and warmth of our united team. Cameras captured not only landscapes, but also the harmonious companionship of Zhengcun Rubber & Plastic employees.

From the excitement upon first seeing Huangguoshu Waterfall, mutual help while climbing Mount Fanjing, to neat smiles in group photos at the Miao village, I truly felt our team’s strong cohesion. At work, we are battle companions side by side; on the trip, we are family with nothing held back. While Guizhou’s stunning mountains and rivers are charming, more precious are every Zhengcun family member who travels together, tolerates and supports each other. May this mountain‑and‑water trip fuel our drive. In the future, let us stay united and march toward greater goals hand in hand.”
