As a new employee of Zhengcun, I have a deep impression of the company. I am extremely honored to join Zhengcun. I'm very happy that my leader has given me the opportunity to write this company's official account. First of all, the first impression the company gave me was that its environment was very good. Here's a thumbs up. I will share from five perspectives.

The factory area is shaded by green trees and the lawns complement each other beautifully. Another particularly eye-catching feature upon entering the company gate is the zebra crossing inside the factory area. It gives people the feeling of being both safe and beautiful. When I reached the company's front desk, there was a particularly large and creative wall of smiling faces on the wall. There is a thick tree with lush leaves. If you look closely, you can also see the bright smiles of every employee in the company. A good mood for the day starts with entering the company.

The office area is always kept clean, tidy and orderly, with large glass Windows, providing each employee with their own comfortable working space.

The company's rest area is both spacious and comfortable. Employees can take a nap at noon and be fully refreshed and energetic in the afternoon.

The company always offers generous gifts to everyone during festivals and holidays, never missing out.

The company team-building activity was very enjoyable. I learned that I have been to many places before, both at home and abroad. This year, I went on a trip to Yunnan with everyone and gained a lot of experiences, especially enhancing the cohesion of our team.

I was fortunate enough to participate in the company's activity of distributing commemorative gold coins to its employees. The company gives each employee who has served for five years a golden gold coin. I hope I can receive a few yuan in the future as well.

The system of Zhengcun is as complete as a net. The Zhengcun system encompasses behavioral norms, attendance systems, work processes, and safety, covering all details from the macro to the micro level. The purpose is to ensure that the company can operate in an orderly manner. The comprehensiveness of the system also proves that the company strictly enforces and manages efficiently.

Each job position has its own work plan (work topics, work requirements, work goals and work schedules). Everyone completes the work plan in accordance with the company's requirements, ensuring both quality and quantity.
