In recent years, our company has continuously raised its attention and investment in fire safety management. This article mainly introduces the changes and improvements we have made in fire safety management.1 Equipment Upgrade

Now the society has entered an information and intelligent era, and traditional manual management can no longer satisfy management demands. Therefore, our company completed comprehensive upgrading and renovation of the plant’s fire alarm system, pump house control system and automatic sprinkler system by the end of 2023. The brand-new systems effectively shorten fire early warning response time, realize real-time monitoring and linkage, and efficiently eliminate deficiencies such as blind spots in manual inspection. 

2 Regular Inspection2.1 Daily Check

We conduct a full inspection of fire equipment, facilities, appliances and signs in the factory at the beginning of each month for timely repair and maintenance. 

2.2 Routing Patrol

Fire safety is included in the blind spots of hidden danger management for video submission. Any non-compliance problems shall be rectified immediately, while problems concerning sufficiency and suitability will be recorded as pending items for improvement. 

3 Periodic Maintenance

Regular professional maintenance keeps fire protection systems intact and effective. Necessary input brings long-term safety. 

4 Regular Training

Continuous training helps employees review existing knowledge, and feedback from training inspires ideas for optimization.

Two on-site drills are held every year consistently to keep employees alert and proficient in relevant skills.

Drills are divided into small units by departments and teams at different periods to prevent employees from merely watching for fun. We aim for compact and refined drills and require every employee to participate in practical operations.

Understand fire risks, prevention methods, fire suppression approaches and escape routes. In-depth on-site explanations help employees master the core meaning.

Know how to make emergency calls, operate firefighting devices, put out initial fires and organize evacuation. Employees must take hands-on practice instead of empty talks to master practical skills. 

6 Continuous Improvement

We collect improvement suggestions via all the above ways and implement improvement promptly to standardize the site and simplify daily use. 

"Prevention First, Combine Prevention with Firefighting" is the eight-character policy of China’s Fire Protection Law as well as the core guiding principle for fire safety work. With the constant update of social environment and relevant laws and regulations, fire safety management needs continuous upgrading and strengthening.
