This proposal received a positive response from the management.

We started the night reading activity from the lean production content directly related to the company's development. Through careful reading and thinking, we have published their own experience. Through a series of related articles, we have a deeper understanding of the lean production concept. We recognize that lean production is a process of eliminating waste and improving constantly. It is also a process of finding problems and solving problems. At the same time, we have also used two of them.

First, all departments should have KPIs that reflect the focus of their work, so that their performance can be seen at a glance and the direction of improvement can be found from them. To this end, we continue to build KPI indicators in all departments and start reporting KPI weekly, so that we can respond to abnormal situations faster.

Second, in our company, whether there is a complicated process designed to reflect the sense of departmental existence, which reduces the efficiency and enthusiasm of employees. To this end, we consciously sort out the process, reduce all unnecessary processes to improve work efficiency.

We believe that through our continuous learning, the company will go further and further along the lean production road.

Then we learn the history of the struggle of the elite, we understand that no one can succeed casually, we only see the success of their former side, but did not see the hardships and efforts of their later. Even if it's just a table, we should also make it to the extreme, from the font size, the color of graphics to the format of numbers, and so on. Every detail should be perfect, so that readers have a better visual experience. Opportunities are often hidden in details, because in the case of similar hardware, we have to start with details, through details to move customers, so as to win the trust of customers. It's time for us to get out of the comfort zone, or we'll be abandoned by the times.
